A old fashioned and rustic village in Uttarakhand, Tungnath is generally referred to as the starting point of the lots acclaimed Chopta Chandrashila Trek. Attaining a height of 2,680m, this picturesque hamlet is embellished with the enthralling splendor of the evergreen pine, deodar and rhododendron forests.

All through the winters, Chopta wears a thick blanket of snow that makes it even greatly appealing.
Day 1: Drive Haridwar-Sari (7 hours)
When you reach Haridwar, our coordinators will be waiting who will take you to next step. On the way to Sari from Haridwar you could cherish Rishikesh and Devpryag enroute, if you have the time. Your drive to the base camp of trek destination will take around seven to eight hours. Reach the base camp , overnight stay at guesthouse/camp.
Day 2: Trek to Deoriatal (3kms)
After having breakfast, the remarkable trek will begin and is around 3 kms of length. You could have a small sightseeing tour around the campsite if you wish. When you will begin your trek, you could see the reflection of outstanding surroundings within the crystal clear lake. Sometimes it's far often called as ‘ Two worlds at one place’. Your trek to Deoriatal is covered by the holy rivers, Ganga & Alaknanda.
Day 3: Deoriatal to Chopta through Rohini Bugyal (14 km, 7-8 hours trek)
This will begin with breakfast and the trek to Chopta will begin. Whilst strolling along the ascending trails you can experience the fragrance of mixed forests trees and flowers. This beautiful snow trek will ease the way. The snow crammed hills have the atmost potential to make you forget about each worry and you will revel in serenity within the snowy white environment.With some luck, you might spot the lovely hen of this area named as “Monal”. A number of trekkers additionally spot different species of deer in the vicinity. When you reach Chopta you can take relaxation for a while and get re-energised after a refreshing cup of tea and snacks
Day 4: Chopta Circuit
This day you will cover the complete chopta circuit . Overnight stay at the camp
Day 5: Trek Chopta-Tungnath (3680m),Chandrashilla Top (4130m) and back to Chopta (7-8 hours)
After having the morning breakfast you may continue with your trek toward Tungnath. After enjoying the stunning scenery at Chopta and spending cozy time in the lapse of landscapes, Tungnath will provide you the required spirituality and peace. This hike will lead you to the holy temple called Tungnath temple.Experience one of the most amazing , breathtaking and exquisite vistas inside the Kedar, Chaukhamba and other peaks. Meanwhile keep your eyes open for some of the most uncommon species of eagles. You can also see the outstanding forests across the temple and also the peak of Bandarpoonch properly. On both the sides of Chopta you could see green slopes and feel the cool breeze. Taste the amazing local tea at the local tea vendors while trekking and relax on the stone tables in the route to Chopta. Return to Chopta base camp. Day ends here.
Day 6: Chopta to Haridwar (Drive 7 hours)
On the last day of the trek , after breakfast you will proceed towards Haridwar.
